Dragons cry is a very good movie for a side story on Fairy Tail! New characters are introduced and many new magic powers are shown!(they look AMAZING and AWSOME!) The plot is very nice and the characters -as always- are amazing! Dragons cry is a very good movie for those that are fans of Fairy Tail but if you haven't watched the anime before, I suggest you watch the anime first or else you might get confused.
